EAPH Pharmaceutical Division Medical Marijuana; EAPH has signed a Letter of Intent with a Canadian Licensed Producer of Cannabis, already in revenues from its cultivation and sales activities. Easton has been in discussions with this LP since January and has finally concluded an LOI whereby Ethe LOI contemplates the LP supplying Cannabis in flower and oil form to Easton at a discount off market rates, giving Easton a further competitive advantage. The LP will receive an interest in Easton’s Cannabis Edibles company, ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality cannabis.
EAPH Development Division Medical Marijuana; EAPH, through its Development Division, will undertake the build-out of the Canadian Licensed Producer of Cannabis’s new Cannabis Oil Extraction facility in exchange for an ownership interest in the Canadian Licensed Producer.
EAPH Pharmaceutical Division; BAYER Pharmaceuticals: EAPH through BMV Media SA de CV closed on a sub distribution agreement with multi-national pharmaceutical company, BAYER of Switzerland to sell Easton / BMV’s woman’s licensed diagnostic product VS-Sense for the national Mexico market. The agreement calls for one more upfront payment and then payment of a 3% royalty on each product sold by BAYER. Product launch is expected in the 2nd quarter of 2019, with all decisions including product launch in the control of BAYER.
EAPH Food and Beverage Division Edible Marijuana: EAPH has signed an agreement to acquire a Toronto based commercial bakery and food preparation company which manufactures white labelled food products for third party food companies and its own line of niche food product lines, sold in major grocery chains, as well as specialty coffee chains. The company has an R&D division with product development and has begun discussions with food chains in order to develop and supply cannabis edible products. Easton expects the sales of its edibles division to exceed $100 million, and expects EAPH to be one of the first to enter the market to produce and supply Cannabis Edibles, once it is legalized in Canada later this year.
EAPH Development Division Georgina, CA Property; EAPH at its’ Georgina, CA, property is considering options available for the use of the property, currently permitted under its zoning and Alliance is working on the development of a facility for medical marijuana.
EAPH Development Division Cobourg, CA Property; EAPH at its’ Cobourg, CA property is developing 48 residential units on the property that will be sold for an estimated 30M in profits over the next 3+/- years.
EAPH Development Division Framing Contracts; EAPH is also implementing construction services to builders and other clients, such as the existing framing contract to fund the other lucrative EAPH diversified business advancements underway.
EAPH Gaming Division Casinos; EAPH joint venture inititaves on the MACEDONIA CASINO development expects to have the transaction concluded in the 2nd quarter of 2019.
EAPH Gaming Division Casino Video Games; EAPH is working on acquiring a fully operational video slot game, as well as bingo game content and the games will be placed in operating US casinos leading to daily revenue for EAPH in the 2nd quarter of 2019.
EAPH E-Liquids/Cannabis; EAPH and iBliss Inc. executed an agreement for the 100% acquisition of iBliss by EAPH. Subsequent to the June 30th quarter, EAPH issued 218,000,000 shares to iBliss and its subscribers, which are to be held in escrow to be conditionally released as per milestone revenues as stated in its agreement. The agreement has been amended to restructure minor provisions of the agreement that did not require any cash payments which would then result in the release of the shares from escrow, at which time, EAPH will consolidate iBliss revenues into its own financial statements. EAPH owned iBLISS revenues have not been reflected in the financial statements as the terms of the agreement call for revenues to be paid to the subscribers until the cash component of the transaction is earned by the iBliss subscribers.
