After doing the needed thorough Due Diligence, IMO…the SPRV acquisition of Web to Door/On Courier 365 is just another “wash, rinse, and do it again” OTC deal for Bobo “THE CLOWN” Linton!
Quote:DENVER, CO, July 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Supurva Group, Inc, is pleased to announce that the Company has successfully completed its previously announced acquisition of Web To Door Corp. and its operating subsidiary, On Courier 365. The Company is also announcing changes to its board of directors and management.
“This is a big day for our team”, commented Rod Santulan, President of Web To Door Corp.. “We now have access to the resources we need to expand our existing partnerships and forge new business relationships with national organizations in the transportation, fleet management, and staffing agency sectors”, he said.
On Courier 365 provides “last mile” transportation, express services, and delivery solutions for large E-Commerce customers in the greater San Francisco Bay area and San Jose. On Courier 365’s largest customer is Amazon, Inc.
“The deal we completed will allow us to grow within our current market and expand within the USA and abroad, focusing on Fortune 500 customers”, said David Khateeb, President of On Courier 365. “We have worked very hard to achieve the milestones we’ve met and are even more motivated now that this deal is done.”
“I am happy to now be leading Supurva and oversee the growth of Web To Door and On Courier 365. The relationships we have with big customers, such as Amazon, will continue to deepen and strengthen”, said Bo Linton, CEO of Supurva Group, Inc.
So we have two Executive’s now touting how wonderful it is to get hooked up with Bobo “THE CLOWN” Linton!
Starting first with Country Junction Farms, let’s return to 2017, when Bobo, the newly appointed SPRV CEO, oversaw TWO acquisitions for KGET!
Quote:RIVERSIDE, CA–(Marketwired – Feb 7, 2017) – CaliPharms, Inc. is pleased to announce it has completed its first acquisition of a Northern California medical marijuana farm. The Northern California outdoor marijuana grower Country Junction Farms is now majority owned by CaliPharms, Inc.
President and CEO Bo Linton stated, “We are very pleased with the agreement and look forward to a long lasting and productive relationship with Cipriano Sulamo, the owner-operator of Country Junction Farms.”
Country Junction Farms President Cipriano Sulamo stated, “Bo Linton (CaliPharms CEO) and I have formed a very positive and proactive working relationship together and I am excited that we now have this formalized agreement in place.”
Guess what? Cipriano Sulamo, the quoted acquisition partner told Bobo “THE CLOWN” Linton to “GO AWAY”! Here is the KGET’s PR announcement!
(The Country Junction Farms rescission detail was conveniently buried in the announcement of a new KGET CEO. BTW…the “new” CEO didn’t ever author a squeak and a few months later Bobo re-took the job! Welcome Bobo’s World-of-Scam!)
Quote:CaliPharms, Inc. Welcomes its New CEO – 09/20/2017
CaliPharm’s subsidiary Country Junction Farms (CJF) has elected to unwind the acquisition agreement between CJF and CaliPharms. Under the agreement provisions there is a clause that CJF may unwind the transaction for any reason, provided CJF has not sold any of the stock issued to CJF as consideration for the transaction.
BTW…the posters on the KGET Board knew the announced Country Junction Farms deal was “not happening” long before Bobo chose to actually make it public. Speculation is that Cipriano Sulamo finally threatened and forced THE CLOWN to announce the “official divorce”!
So one “baffled” Executive down, let’s go on to the second one from 2017!
Quote:RIVERSIDE, CA–CaliPharms, Inc. (OTC PINK: KGET), is pleased to announce it has duly executed the definitive stock purchase agreement with Pacific Cannabis Growers (PCG)…
Joshua Clark, President of Pacific Cannabis Growers, stated, “We are very pleased to be joining up with CaliPharms. This deal is performance driven, which will benefit us, CaliPharms and its shareholders in the long run. To be involved with a group as excited about the cannabis industry as we are is a blessing. We plan to produce top quality cannabis for the medical market and we value the long term goals of CaliPharms growth and sustainability.”
CaliPharms CEO Bo Linton stated, “Pacific Cannabis Growers is a very important part of our long term plan for continued growth. Joshua Clark is now a valuable part of the CaliPharms team and I couldn’t be more pleased to have his expertise, knowledge, and experience on our side.”
Lo and behold…look what happened!

The following is a direct quote from the Pacific Cannabis Growers’ website!
“Pacific Cannabis Growers has terminated it’s relationship with CaliPharms (KGET) and is no longer associated with the company in any manner. As always we will strive to deliver the best medicinal cannabis to our clients.
BOBO “THE CLOWN” LINTON WAS ONCE AGAIN EXPOSED!
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT! TWO EXECS UNDER BOBO’S “SPELL” AND BOTH WALKED, LIKELY WITH A NICE CHUNK OF KGET SHARES!
YEP! THIS TOOK SOME TIME TO ASSEMBLE, BUT IT CLEARLY DEMONSTRATES BOBO “THE CLOWN” LINTON’S “WASH, RINSE, AND DO IT AGAIN” APPROACH TO RIPPING OFF INVESTORS!
